I was in the checkout line at my local supermarket the other day and spotted a copy of Skunk magazine on the rack. Normally those racks are filled with shit like the Weekly World News and a host of celebrity gossip rags. Not to mention the obligatory assortment of sugary sweets poised for that POP sale.
This particular supermarket was recently renovated so I am wondering if the selection of Skunk is part of the new look. Is this what it’s like shopping at the supermarkets in Colorado and Washington these days? Or perhaps it’s a reminder to include some greens in your diet, or maybe an enticement for some of those sugary sweets. Mmmm…munchies.
