Thought of the Day: Candy on a Train

A kid was selling candy on the subway yesterday, which is a fairly common occurrence. Since the prices are so much cheaper than retail, I’ve always assumed these goods were stolen, either by the kids themselves or by adults who use them to sell it on the subway. This kid claimed that he was a rapper, selling candy to raise money for studio time. It seems like a hard way, as you’d have to move a hell of a lot of candy to earn enough for time in a recording studio. But I wondered, does that make him a candy rapper?
